Sokol Fort Worth is a premier gymnastics facility serving the Fort Worth, TX community with USA Gymnastics sanctioned programs led by highly certified professional coaches. Every member of the coaching staff holds Professional Membership with USA Gymnastics and maintains current Safety Certification, CPR and First Aid training, Sexual Abuse Awareness certification, and SafeSport certification. Coaches undergo routine background checks and are required to complete continuing education certification courses to ensure the highest standards of instruction and safety. Under the leadership of General Manager Pauline Milan, whose extensive international competitive background includes Olympic and world championship experience, Sokol Fort Worth offers comprehensive gymnastics training and developmental programs. The facility has a distinguished history of competitive success, with athletes regularly competing in USA Gymnastics sanctioned competitions and historically dominating regional SLET competitions. SLET events—meaning "a flock of birds" in Czech—bring together Sokol organizations from across Texas for annual gymnastics competitions, volleyball tournaments, marching competitions, and relay races. Sokol Fort Worth operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the umbrella of American Sokol, headquartered in Chicago.
